This is a week workout I devised. It is targeted to work your cardio and tone your body! Feel free to alter this workout if you need to be challenged in a different way!
Day One:
Cardio- walk 10 minutes, jog 10 minutes, walk 10 minutes
Tone- 40 jumping jacks, 30 crunches, 20 squats, 10 push…

This guy came up to me & said ‘let me see your hand’ & I was like um. why? & he’s like ‘just give it.’ so I did.. & he draws a fish in the water on my hand and goes ‘why did the fish cross the road?’ and I’m like, to get to the other side? & he’s like ‘I have no idea, I just wanted to hold your hand.’
I have to say, It made my day. lol.
